Binance make-whole buyback tracker

What the Binance hot-wallet drainer took on Ethereum, how much is frozen, how much has been dumped, and how much buy-side demand there'd be if Binance re-buys every dumped alt to make users whole. Live balances across the tracked hacker wallets and live prices, refreshed every minute.

#TokenPlay scoreBuyback : mcapBuy × perp volMcapPerp vol 24hRoom to pre-hack

Play score (0 to 100) = buy pressure × room left. Buy pressure averages buyback ÷ live mcap (maxes at 10%) and buyback ÷ 24h perp volume (maxes at 0.2×). Room left is the gap back to the pre-hack price, full credit at 15% or more, zero once it has fully refilled. Only coins with at least $2M of 24h perp volume (Binance, Bybit, OKX, Hyperliquid) and a $100K+ buyback qualify, so every name here can actually be traded. Pressure means nothing if Binance covers from inventory or OTC, so treat this as a ranked watchlist, not a signal.

The make-whole narrative

Binance says users will be made whole. For stables that's just treasury cash, but for every alt the hacker dumped on-chain, Binance has to source the same coins again, either from its own inventory or by buying them back on the market.

"Buyback demand" below is simply coins sold or moved out × live price. The impact ratios compare that to each coin's 24h perp volume and live market cap, so a small cap with a big dump ranks high.

Bounce is the move off the lowest price since the first drain tx, dump low is how far it fell from pre-hack to that low. Buy : DEX liq compares the buyback to all Ethereum DEX pool liquidity for the coin, so a high number means the on-chain pools alone couldn't absorb it. Est. upside uses the standard square-root impact model: 30-day daily volatility × √(buyback ÷ 24h spot + perp volume). It assumes the buy is spread across CEX and DEX volume over about a day; a faster or on-chain-only buy would hit harder.

This is a narrative, not a confirmed plan: Binance hasn't said it will buy on the open market, and it may cover alts from inventory or OTC instead.

Every stolen token

Ethereum leg only: tokens sent from Binance hot wallets to the drainer, tracked across 16 hacker wallets. "Sold / moved" means no longer in those wallets (swapped on DEXs or sent to new addresses). Frozen means the issuer has blacklisted the holding wallet. Tron USDT freezes and other chains aren't included. Pre-hack price is from 30 minutes before the first drain tx. Market cap is live (circulating, CoinGecko scaled to the live price), perp volume is 24h notional across Binance, Bybit, OKX and Hyperliquid refreshed every 10 minutes, 30-day volatility is a snapshot; DEX liquidity is live (Ethereum pools only, CEX order books not included). Bounce and dump low use 15-minute prices since the hack. All times UTC. Not financial advice.
